HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us ASAP. Due to our focus on great customer service, we cannot guarantee it'll be cancelled if it has been processed already. We usually process all orders within 24-48 hours.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
We currently ship within the U.S. ONLY.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
DOES PRETTY MINK'D OUT LASHES COME WITH GLUE?
We offer a latex and formaldehyde free lash adhesive. Pretty Mink'd Out's goal is for all clients natural eyelashes to remain healthy and growing. Adhesive SOLD SEPERATLY.
*hair bonding glue is NOT recommended for a healthy lash line*
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking is emailed to you the moment your order ships. However, USPS does not update tracking for 24-48 hours after the initial scan of your shipment. We ask that you check back in 48 hours. If you still do not see tracking information please contact us at email@example.com.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?
Due to the nature of our product all lash sales are final! Other products from our collection may be eligible for exchange. In any event that you receive your order and it is defective please immediately send us a picture of your shipment package as well as the items that arrived damaged via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
